Hi there!
With the cost of fuel in the UK roughly at £1.30 per litre (That’s roughly in your money $8 per US gallon!) it makes sense now more than ever that I try and learn the best ways to achieve the best return for fuel I put into my car.
So what do I drive? Well it’s a British sports hatch back, the MG ZR which is powered by a lean burning K Series engine in a 1.4l guise. Official economy figures on 95 RON fuel are roughly:
31 mpg urban,
51mpg extra urban
And
41mpg combined

Obviously, I’m not hitting these figures that often, which is what brings me here! I hope there’s a lot I can learn from you guys, and I hope to have some fun whilst I’m here too!
