If you wanted to do some noodling,consider that a Mazda Miata-sized car will displace 93,456 cubic feet of air/mile.
At your design urban velocity you could figure your CFM.
The CRC Manual of Tables would have the albido for different colors.
An ASHRAE Manual would have the solar insolation/per square foot falling on the car.
The ASRAE manual will also have a psychrometric chart with which you could compare enthalpies/densities/etc. to see what air density differentials could be generated for a given heat flux generated per color on the car.
With that you could plug into the aero drag equation and look at your differences.
