Physics tells you that cold air is denser than warm air, therefore it takes less fuel in warm air to reach 14.7 to 1 afr. I talked to a friend who has his doctorates degree, is a genius has like 180 patents to he name. He agreed and also stated the closer you get to combustion the more efficient an engine will be. I am sure there is eventually a trade off somewhere. I have, and I think Bharvey does too, a MAP system.
