Why would you calculate mpg for diesel, but not for any other fuel you put in your car ?
That veggie oil could have been recycled and used for another, even better purpose than burning it.
Using the same reasoning, folks running biodiesel of E85 could change their fuel logs to only show the amount of straight diesel and gas they burn.
