I started coasting in neutral alot more (its a automatic so im somewhat limited) and I lowered my avg highway speed down from 70-75 to 55-60.

Do you have a particular MPG goal?
With those two changes, I'm betting you'll be really pleased with your next fill up. Coasting/mimimizing braking and highway speed reduction are two of the biggies.
I second Daox's comment: for someone who drives mostly freeway, head to the aero forum and check out the sticky threads.
