Agreed. My work computer is equipped with the pencil-eraser nub and 3 mouse-buttons below the spacebar, which I forced myself to use long ago and turned out really liking it. So much so, I disabled the miserable touchpad and its associated 2 mouse buttons. I have an old Dell with a touchpad that won't work in the first 60-seconds after opening the lid, then it's approximate at best. The biggest problem is the lack of easily replacing it. I guess there's always a wireless LED Mouse (if you have room).
