I know you listed everything in Kilometers and such, but If i did it right, you stated that 10 liters over 100 km, so that's like 23 MPG?
Also... if you returned the truck, what are you doing with the cap? I live near Chicago, and wouldn't mind picking it up and glassing it after tweaking it a bit.
My needs are met currently with a FLAT fiberglass cover (need to lock up about $3000 of saws/tools at work and soft covers have been ripped up by robbers before) so making this work for me would be pretty sweet! Especially incorperating a lock mechanism.
