if you need parts for the igbt driver boards, the only place i was able to find the high-voltage ultrafast diodes was ON semiconductor. i should have six extra coming.....the board requires 4 and i ordered ten. (free sample, so limited to ten, but they charge you 11 dollars shipping and handling.) i could send you half of them in an envolope when they get here if you want them.
