Ouch, yeah, with a bit of help here you should easily be getting mid to high 30s. If your willing to push it high 40s and 50s are achievable. First off check out
this page and pick out a few things and start doing them. Once you get them down pick out a few more and start doing them. Work your way along and watch your mileage go up.
