CJ sucks. at least as a daily vehicle.

88 and back Cherokee's rule. No chrysler crap :-)

The problem is there are some things that a more fuel efficient car SIMPLY CAN NOT DO.

Ever try 4 wheeling in a metro? 3 feet or mud? fording a river? yeah it don't work well.

"jeeps sux gas and screw up the enviroment"

sorry to burst your bubble but ALL gasoline powered cars suck gas and screw up the environment.

thats reality for you. My cherokee on E0 gets better FE than most people's cars do (24mpg)

if I can do anything to improve that WHY NOT.

will ti get anywhere near the 55+ my metro gets? heck no. try towing a boat or camper with a metro! or yanking someone out of the ditch in the snow OR not ending up IN same said ditch in the snow in a metro :-) (which I own 94xfi I might add)

the only way to NOT suck gas and screw the environment is to go EV but they refuse to let us do that yet and they are VERY effective at keeping the viable battery tech OUT of consumer hands.
