Nice work Lou. One question. Not sure i understand how the two diodes are keeping the high side turned off?
One slight critisism i would make is the capacitor bank connection to the igbt. Looks a bit long and thin. Inductance here is really bad. That said its just theory. I was told that my controller wouldn't move the car 3 feet before blowing. 1500 miles and 152v later ......

Now, Cole, when you shift the gear and that little needle on the ammeter goes into the red and reads 2000 Amps, that's bad.
