Where is the air being taken from? Cant be from behind the salad bowl... that would weaken the effect drastically. So itsbeing taken from infront the salad bowl and the fan is spreading it over the surface of the salad bowl, where the coanda effect DOES NOT effect thrust, it simply spreads the lower pressure. Over a larger area, allowing the vacuum motor's energy to.be better utilized... it isnt coanda that created the thrust... the vacuum motor pulling air.creates thrust. The salad bo..erm... coanda device just distributes the.pressure difference over a larger surface.area by using part of the existing energy, which had already been transferred from electrical to rotational, then to pressure differential. Seems like a pretty inefficient process to me, when the electric motor driving that fan could have been used.to.directly power those wheels...
