remember what i said about the air around it not being entrained with it? put a fan above that thing blowing down so that the entire top surface has air blowing against it and it woun't do a darned thing

The air traveling is more than likely responsible for any thrust created there. He's using a vacuum cleaner.

the fan actualy blows towards the bowl, its counterintuitive but thats how it works

Where is the air being taken from? Cant be from behind the salad bowl... that would weaken the effect drastically. So itsbeing taken from infront the salad bowl and the fan is spreading it over the surface of the salad bowl, where the coanda effect DOES NOT effect thrust, it simply spreads the lower pressure. Over a larger area, allowing the vacuum motor's energy to.be better utilized... it isnt coanda that created the thrust... the vacuum motor pulling air.creates thrust. The salad bo..erm... coanda device just distributes the.pressure difference over a larger surface.area by using part of the existing energy, which had already been transferred from electrical to rotational, then to pressure differential. Seems like a pretty inefficient process to me, when the electric motor driving that fan could have been used.to.directly power those wheels...

over the weekend i changed the front ones with some bigger ones,
yesterday i got on the highway (up to 70 mph)for about 20 miles, when i got home i checked the devices and they were both really loose,
i take that as a good thing, since they are taped down with some realy good wide tape,
i would say it would take at least around 10 pounds of force to loosen that tape
im pretty sure the looseness comes from the air alone, since i didnt drive trough gravel or bumps or anything like that
but the main thing is how the car feels, the most noticeable is the rolling distance which has increased quite a bit

Gonna have to see some data, gabi.. Measurements of distance, at least semi-controlled tests, etc. Otherwise, you're just putting words in a database, friend.

im not sure im good at producing data, i know it works for me
if somebody wants to pick it up and produce some data that would be great, its a simple fast mod
besides i'm not trying to sell anything,or convince anybody, just sharing my experience
