in that pic I would be the guy standing on the left. I am a firefighter, and in my experience accidents are more a matter of psychology. The guy driving the hummer thinks that he's safe because of his behemoth of a car, so he drives recklessly. We see more one car accidents with trucks and suvs than cars, and the tree usually wins. Ever see a suburban roll?
