The sad part is these type of policies were written about 10 years ago and possibly more, in that entities closely tied with the government would slowly get people used to being watched more carefully and slowly remove rights until the government/banking industry could chip people with your credit info right in your arm. They already are moving to have your phone be your credit card & bank with a uid. Public radio & even 60 minutes have been talking about being chipped (in your body) for this purpose because it would be convient and your loved ones would always know where you were. SIC There already is a so called child UID marketed so parents can locate their kids (and assumably anyone else)
The amount people are willing to give up just because they think it is easy or safe is quite amazing. Hopefully people start fighting this crap, we don't want to live in Hitlers Germany where you have to go through checkpoints and be badgered potentially every day for rather unimportant reasons.
