I just installed a block heater, and I've been driving with load (15in.Hg cruise), to great effect. Two tanks in a row above 35mpg, which is new ground for me.
Motivation for an undertray is building! My car has a high front bumper, and I'd like to preserve the clearance for logging roads, so I'm going this route rather than the air-dam route.
