It has been a polarizing past few days. One the one hand, I found myself relying on map-memory, which resulted in me taking a wrong turn in a city area, which meant lots of 1st and 2nd gear stop&go.

On the other hand, I made my commute home tonight without ever coming to a complete stop (unless you count maneuvering into my driveway). I hit three lights, but timed them all well enough so that they turned green before I arrived.

Part of it is luck though. One driver tipped off a timed green for me.

I think tank mpg took a hit from city, and from some harder than average acceleration, but tonight made me feel a little better.
