Trouble with most soaps and even over the counter toothpaste is that it contains a carcinegen called cocamide sp?
I use masters miracle soap which is a very simple soap and brush my teeth, wash my hair and hands with it, best of all no more fluoride.
I still use other soaps but only for showering and washing hands and not constantly either.
