I use masters miracle soap which is a very simple soap and brush my teeth, wash my hair and hands with it, best of all no more fluoride.

I still use other soaps but only for showering and washing hands and not constantly either.

I clean heavy soiling with sand, dry wash, baking soda paste, or even dirt, honestly. The rest usually wipes off, or a quick cleaning with soap/water, and your good to go.

Baking soda paste does alot more than clean your teeth well.
