Apologies. I thought you were looking for an easy answer without actually doing any research. Where I work, "kit" usually has a major/preassembled part with a few bits extra for adaptability to differing applications( kinda like the preassembled MPGuino, except this requires adding the extra bits yourself
).
The wiki has a parts list as does the thread
here and if you are looking for real DIY, desolder the bits from other electronics. Don't know, but maybe you can get Amy to put all the pieces for a kit into a bag before they are soldered together. Personally, I like having the important bits all put together and ready for me to do the fun( to me) stuff.
