Airflow requirement: 13.236 pounds per minute
Boost requirement: 30.719 absolute / 16.019 psi gauge
Pressure ratio: 2.388
Based on what I have seen with the maps of the turbos, it seems that backing the power off a little and spinning it up a little higher gives some wiggle room.
