The problem didn't exist in the early life of the car.
Something must be causing it, and that something needs to be sorted !


Last year I decided I'd keep the car for another 5 years.
So I put in cruise control, GPS, got winter tyres and a new set of wheels and summer tyres for it - the tyres will probably last those 5 years.
That's a fair amount of money that I'd rather not give up - and I won't get it back when selling the V50.
Ah, Ouch..

Could it be something to do with the Lamda feedback loop? or a sensor thats fouled and causing false readings?
