No, not yet, maybe in the winter, but I am betting that I will need the cooling during the North Carolina summer.

It doesn't look like a licence plate.
A front plate is not required in NC and actually, there is no reason for it other than I like it. I realize I should see a small gain if I remove it. And I might just do that after I quantify my results as is. I might combine the removal of the plate holder with blocking the upper grill as that might net zero for airflow to the radiator (minus for blocking the upper, plus for opening the lower = zero).

I have been EcoDriving (as I like to call it) for about 2 years now. I think I have adjusted the nut behind the wheel all I can . So I am looking to step it up a little. Just added LLR Tires and now I want to see how much I can improve while, as one person said, being stealthy about it. Not really wanting to go boat tail, wheel skirts, etc. I also want to see what my "Real World" results are like.

My first drive to work today and my (VERY) preliminary results looks like I will see a measurable gain (about 1MPG or ~2.5%). But the truth will be over the next 3-4 tank fulls (2 weeks). Keep an eye on my fuel log!
