That's my biggest complaint with the Insight, too!
The driver can easily reach all the windows in the car, so what's the point of power windows?
Btw, I now have a 1/4" drive ratchet, 10mm socket, and extension. There are no more tricky fasteners on the engine. Also, I find 1/4" drive more appropriate to the torque specs.
