Lol... The TE04H doesn't seem to have excessive play, and I'm sure once I get it sorted and get some oil pressure into the CHRA, it'll clear right up. There is no housing damage that I can see without disassembly, and it uses a common flange for the exhaust manifold, so even if I find out its junk, a new turbo can be had to bolt in the same spot cheaply.
