A bunch of K&N haters on here I see. I'll never use a filter other than a K&N and I'll tell you why:
My family has 3 diesel farm trucks (92 Ram 5.9 Cummins 12v, 99 Ram Cummins 24v, and '02 Ford F250 7.3 powerStroke) pulling loads of hay, cotton trailers, soybeans, you name it with about 1.2 million combined miles on them, all running K&N filters and never had any engine problems, turbos going out, etc that would come from dirt getting in the intake. Most of the time people have problems with them is because the goofballs don't know how to oil them properly.
