Looks good. I would like to do something to the nose of my 91 crx. Have you though of using fiberglass over the foam? I have UV cured epoxy that works great. It was made for surfboards. It doesn't cure hard but remains flexible. This would be good for a bumper with foam behind it, but not a hollow fairing as it is too flimsy.
