Run the genuine Honda replacement parts and whatever the lightest oil that they recommend, which should be a 5W30. Depending on how many miles you have, switching over to a synthetic might make the consumption go up.

The thing to remember with Hondas is that unless you are racing it, use what they recommend. It'll save you a lot of aggravation.
