Tested so far at speeds of 60-65mph on hwys. No problems to report. No extra wheel noise either. This velcro stuff is the real deal. I attached 5 strips around the highest parts of the wheel and then pressed the pizza pans to it. One thing I didn't realize is that no matter what size wheel you have on your car, if you buy pizza pans to put over them you will need a 1" larger pan to accommodate. I have the stock 15" wheels on the Fit Sport, and I found that a 16" pizza pan covers them perfectly.

Materials used:

16" pizza pans from Wal-Mart - $3/pan (Total $12)
15' roll of industrial strength velcro from Wal-Mart - $19.99

Phase II may take place this weekend: removal of side mirrors. Pics to follow! *DONE*
