I second what LunarHighway mentioned about the underside.
Lots of dirty airflow under there. A flat underside is a big benefit, but is also entirely ' stealth '.
The only person that will know it is there is your mechaanic and yourself.
And yes, those rain deflectors on your windows are causing a lot of drag as well as the mud guards.
The mud guards would be better mounted in FRONT of the tire, since they deflect air around the tire.
