i love the people that change there oil in there cars once a year after about 4 years when hey have rattling lifters or strange noises from under the hood i tell them they need a 4,000 dollar engine. everyone is so upside down on there loans they have no choice but to fork up. i have put in over 10 engines in the last year in my drive way 6 due to timing belt breaks 4 due to improper maintance. i run mobil synthetic and a dealer filter i change it every 2750 miles maybe 3000 if im naughty maybe its over kill but its my car. just my .02 cents like the title says.
