A sales rep remains a sales rep even if they're called sales tech or tech reps or whatever. Normally, a retailer never gets to see anyone really in the know.

Oil and oil additives deteriorate over time, they don't get any better or more active.

Sure you can change oil too often, for all the reasons Frank illustrated.

3000 mile swaps on cars build from, say, the mid to late 1990s is ridiculous.
