Fiberglass is rather expensive for any sort of production parts, I doubt you could keep it under $250.

Look into Thermoforming or Rotomolding. Both of these can produce inexpensive plastic parts that might make your price point managable.

You will have significant tooling costs for all three methods, so, ideally, you can use the same design for many different cars.
