I tried using electric fuel pumps just to transfer the oil from one jug to another before putting it into my truck. One was a low pressure vibration lift pump suitable for supplying a diesel injector pump or carburetor, and the other two were intended for EFI and capable of higher pressure. All three could barely manage a trickle, and would overheat after a few minutes of struggling. My truck has a mechanical lift pump driven off the camshaft but I would imagine it would still have worked pretty hard pumping 100% WMO.
Like I said earlier, I'm no expert on the topic, but I imagine fuel heating would be required to thin the stuff out enough to pump it.
