At the minute i'm quite busy so have no plans to do any schematics. I did a video some weeks back of the changes necessary. If more people ask i'll do a diagram.

Ambient air temp today was 18C. Got the cooling system installed and went for a 8 mile run up the motorway (70mph). Peak temperature on the heatsink........ 24C. Returned by slower (40-50mph) roads. Didn't go above 24C. Got back to base and everything was stone cold. Igbts , heatsink , rad , fill bottle.

The throttle response also seems smoother.

I'll try and get some video later in the week.
Now, Cole, when you shift the gear and that little needle on the ammeter goes into the red and reads 2000 Amps, that's bad.
