If your cooling system can't keep up un-modified, you may need to take a closer look at your cooling system. If your coolant is full and properly balanced and your thermostat is working, the radiator is most likely coated with minerals inside. It is a little know fact that only distilled water should go in a radiator to prevent efficiency killing mineral deposits..
