You can buy a used Echo with the 1nz you seek for less than $4000 now, I don't understand why you want to make this so difficult. I would even go as far to assume that the long blocks are within 50 lbs. of each other.
So custom axles, custom shift linkage, custom motor mounts, no working electronics, and immediately devaluing the project vehicle. I've got to ask, at what cost?
