Check the internal IP pressure, you'll probably need to reset it (Timing advance depends on fuel viscosity, which is lower with ULSD). Replacing, or at least keeping an eye on the seals is also a good idea. ULSD doesn't have the aromatics that kept older seals swollen and mostly leak free. People also like to machine the pump for more advance so they can retard idle more to quiet the engine. And get some new nozzles for the injectors, if they get really bad they can start screwing up the precombustion chamber cups and so on.
