I am tinkering with a different design...again. This one is inspired by the BamZipPow t100.

I'm open to critique. The basic idea is to remove the lower valence (the small lower lip - not the entire black section) and use the same mounting points and mounting style for a similar dam that is about 3" lower. There is a bolt on each side of the valence that can't be seen in this picture.

The hard part will be fabricating clips that are built the same way as stock. For now, step one is a cardboard template.

I am also interested to hear if there are any considerations on material, since the new design will be longer to account for the removal of the stock valence.
