I've P&Ged ~5000 miles on two AT rentals, a Toyota Yaris in New England, & a Kia Rio in the Rocky Mountains. I averaged 41-42 mpg with the Yaris, & 43.7 mpg with the Rio. I was traveling with my 15 yo grandson & my wife & 18 yo granddaughter, respectively. I'd have averaged >45 mpg in the Rio, if not for 2 days of fighting 45 mph crosswinds in SD. My last 2 tanks in the Rio were >49 mpg!
