Well, the US Chamber of Commerce is a lobbying group that pushes the interests of people who own large companies at the expense of people who have to work. While outsourcing is highly efficient for individual companies, it's poison to the society. It isn't surprising that a random group of efficiency minded people can spot this while politicians in the pocket of that lobbying group and its members are blind to it?
