Moan - the phone line at home crackles. It stops when we remove the HomeHub - BTs home router wireless thing you get when you sign up for their service. Ours is a HomeHub 2.
Smile - they agree the Hub is at fault and agree to send a new one. HomeHub 3 which has much better wireless speed. Wooo
