His car is also 2000 model but mine does not work on my Lupo 2L. Now I ordered VAG-com to do the job.
Is his car slightly newer? Sometimes 1-2 months newer is enough to a small upgrade which is unnoticeable by the average user (my P307 looks like the pre-lift version, but has newer electrical and software systems). Maybe there is a way to make your Lupo SGII-compatible, like a software upgrade?
