On your engine, the common feed wire to the injectors is red also.
Had to do some digging but I found that my injectors also run off of a central red wire. But they also power other things after the injectors off that same wire. I may try a crude toggle switch to see if it throws a CEL. If it does its back to the drawing board. If im good then ill need to find a normally closed momentary push switch that can take that current all the time.
