I am not a lawyer but I have defended myself succesfuly in traffic court on several occasions. what you might want to do is contact the prosicuters office and ask for disclosure of the evidence that the state plans to use against you. Just to see if they have anything to go on. you may find that they have nothing that would convince a judge... I once won; with the defence that the facts don't match the charge.
