What the N2 supporters often forget, is that the outside half of a tire is still exposed to O2 in the air - and the sun.
Properly inflated, tires will wear on the thread and on the sidewalls - dry rot.
The inside of any tire I've seen coming off my cars looked pristine, even after 7 years and 100.000 miles.
