I love movie cars/trucks so my list would be (in no particular order):
1. Transformers Optimus Prime Peterbilt

2. Bandit Trans Am

3. Ford Falcon from the Road Warrior

4. Eleanore from the 2000 release of Gone in 60 Seconds.

5. The Dobbertin Surface Orbiter (not from a movie but one heck of a cool idea, I don't think it exists anymore however)
