Flat/dinghy towing
Tow with all 4 wheels flat on the road. You wont need a trailer to tow Malibu behind your RV.

Also found this on a towing forum:
I have a 2011 malibu 1LT 4cly that I recently purchased to tow 4 down. After reading the post here I called GM customer service at 1 800 222 1020 Spoke to a rep name Robert, talked to him about towing 4 down and etc > Gave him my vin# so he could verify the transmission in my malibu. He said he would find out about all my concerns and call me back in 4 days which he did, said my malibu had a 6T70 6 speed tranny and could absolutely be towed with 4 down.....I owned a 2007 malibu that I towed and never had a problem of any kind..
Great. Keep an eye on the check engine light. I stupidly EOC-ed a auto trans rental recently. After 2 total miles, the check engine light came on. I stopped that "experiment" immediately. By the time my fantasies of being required to buy that crappy dodge a new tranny had subsided the next day, the light had gone back off. No trouble over the next several hundred miles.

Good luck...

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
