Do you use one of those cigarette lighter battery voltage meters? Is it accurate? Which is most accurate? I would rather not buy a $80 dash-mounted meter, such as this, if I can get a reasonably good lighter plug-in, such as the "batteryGenius" or perhaps this. Know how accurate the cheaper ones are?

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color.
