Well, I added a small deflection panel made of coroplast as a way to redirect the air, and it has worked quite well ! Temps are back in the 184F-188F range. No more cruising at 190F-195F. Colour me happy and surprised by this minimalist, yet very effective, add-on.

I made sure the panel reaches the upper part of the radiator that is not as plugged as the lower one. The better cooling efficiency might be due to that.
